链霉素 streptomycin 氨基苷类抗生素。主要对革兰氏阴性菌有效。由于耐药菌株增多,已失去广谱抗生素应有的地位。临床上常与异烟肼等并用于结核病的治疗,也用于布氏杆菌病、鼠疫及其他敏感菌所致的感染。肌注,一日一次,1~2周为一疗程。注意:可致口麻、四肢麻的反应,有耳毒性,可致肾损害及多种过敏反应甚至过敏性休克。 |
