本文以太湖为研究对象 ,应用逸度方法研究不同藻类生物量对 p,p′- DDT、六氯苯和六六六在太湖沉积相和水相中分布的影响。

The results indicate that algae biomass in the water can be obviously decreased by casting EM into the vessel with V(EM)∶(V(source water)) ratio of (1∶10 000) and by intermittent aerating for 8～9 d; and that the effluent water quality treated by EM can approach Class Ⅳ of national surface water standard as the removal rate of chlorophyll a, TN, TP and C.

200}ei Sesu藻类色素(al缈pigment)藻类植物是天然色素最丰富多彩的类群。据分析藻类的光合色素有40多种，许多色素是某些藻类所特有的，如藻蓝素(R巧cocyanobilin)、藻红素(P卜yeoe巧throbilin)等。某些藻类细胞里积累的丰富色素，既可作为天然色素的来源，又有辅助治疗某些疾病的特殊生理功能，有些藻类在其生殖细胞如抱子或合子中积累大量人类需要的天然色素。 藻类植物种类繁多，但大多数为单细胞或植物体很小的微型藻类，在自然界它们很难形成一定规模的生物量，难以形成稳定的产量，只有当人们研究掌握了某些能积累某种色素的微藻的生活条件，营养需求，才有可能在人工控制条件下使其大量生长繁殖，经过加工提取，生产所需的天然色素。目前已经规模生产的天然色素品种不多，主要有:藻蓝素(又称藻蓝蛋白)，俘一胡萝卜素(日一caro恤)以及正在研究开发的虾青素(Astaxandlin)，它是一种脂溶性的红色素。 (胡鸿钧)
