性质:链转移反应速率常数Ktr和链增长反应速率常数Kp的比值。常用C表示(C=Ktr/Kp)。转移常数表征发生链转移的难易程度。向单体引发剂及链转移剂的链转移常数分别为:单体的链转移常数一般比较小,为10-5~10-4,所以向单体的链转移不妨碍合成分子量足够大的具有实用价值的聚合物;CI虽比CM,Cs大,因引发剂浓度[I]很小,所以对产物分子量影响不大;向溶剂的链转移常数Cs与自由基种类、温度、溶剂的结构等因素有关。链转移常数可通过实验测定。
