| 丙纶 isotactic polypropylene fibre 用石油精炼的副产物丙烯为原料制得的合成纤维等规聚丙烯纤维的中国商品名。又称聚丙烯纤维。原料来源丰富，生产工艺简单，产品价格相对比其他合成纤维低廉。纤维的物理机械性能特点是 ：强度高(短纤维为4～6克／旦，长丝为5～8克／旦)，湿强度和干强度基本相同，比重小(0.91)，耐磨损耐腐蚀等。世界聚丙烯纤维年产量1980年已超过100万吨。
丙纶的品种有长丝（包括未变形长丝和膨体变形长丝）、短纤维、鬃丝、膜裂纤维、中空纤维、异形纤维、各种复合纤维和无纺织布等。主要用途是制作地毯（包括地毯底布和绒面）、装饰布、家具布、各种绳索、条带、渔网、吸油毡、建筑增强材料、包装材料和工业用布，如滤布、袋布等。此外在衣着方面应用也日趋广泛，可与多种纤维混纺制成不同类型的混纺织物，经过针织加工后可以制成衬衣、外衣、运动衣、袜子等。由丙纶中空纤维制成的絮被，质轻、保暖，弹性良好。 丙纶在大分子结构上不含有能与染料结合的化学基团，所以染色比较困难。通常采用熔体着色法，将颜料制剂和聚丙烯聚合体在螺杆挤压机中均匀地混和，经过熔纺得到有色纤维色牢度很高。另一种方法是与丙烯酸、丙烯腈、乙烯基吡啶等共聚或接枝共聚，使聚合物大分子上引入能与染料相结合的极性基团，再直接用常规方法染色。在丙纶生产的过程中常需要加入各种添加剂以改进染色性、耐光性和抗燃性。 |
