| 筛分 screening 把各种粒度的混合物通过筛分机械，按筛孔大小分成不同粒度级别产品的过程。筛分作业是碎矿工艺过程中的一个重要组成部分，其目的为了提高碎矿机的碎矿效率和控制产品的粒度。根据破碎机械与筛分机械配置关系分为预先筛分、检查筛分和预先检查筛分3类。预先筛分是在破碎前进行筛分，预先筛出小于破碎机排矿粒度的部分，以减少设备负荷，提高破碎机的生产率。检查筛分是在破碎后进行筛分，筛出粒度合格的筛下产物，不合格的筛上产物返回破碎机再次进行破碎，以保证产品粒度。预先检查筛分兼有预先筛分和检查筛分的两种作用的筛分。筛分机械的种类很多，按用途分为筛分分析用的试验室套筛筛分和工业性筛分。在选矿厂的破碎车间常用的有固定筛、滚动筛、振动筛等。影响筛分效率的主要因素有物料性质（粒度、粘度和形状等）、设备结构和操作条件等。 |
