In order to purify and obtain high content α-cellulose and increase its reactivity, the natural wheat-straw was modified and treated by steam explosion.

香橙蒸肉饼
材料：瘦肉4两（七分瘦三分肥的较好），橙1个，马蹄6个，姜和红萝卜两片（用枸杞更好）
做法：
1、橙子大半个取肉切丁，小半个榨汁待用，瘦肉姜片和马蹄一起跺细，加入小量油，盐、胡椒粉，生粉拌匀，打至起胶，装到碟子里按成圆饼形，在上面铺上橙肉和红萝卜粒；
2、上锅蒸8分钟左右，取出放在摆好盘的碟子里，用橙汁加生粉水打个芡淋在成品上即可。
