In this article, three chemical methods were reviewed to improve impact resistance of acrylic clear powder coatings, adjusting the content of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA), then making sure the crosslinking degree; choosing different kinds of curing agent; increasing the branching degree of the film.
为了提高汽车用丙烯酸粉末罩光清漆抗冲击性能,采用三种方法调节漆膜的化学结构,确定官能团单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的用量以确定用于交联的环氧基团,得到不同交联度的涂膜;筛选固化剂二元酸的种类;采用十二二酸与饱和一元酸复合固化,在树脂的交联结构上接上柔性的侧链;化学结构的调整显著提高了涂膜的抗冲击性能。
