结果表明,TTHA能显著地提高镀层的表观质量,是一种能有效消除镀锡液中铁杂质影响的添加剂;还就TTHA影响阴极电沉积过程的作用机理进行了探讨,指出TTHA不仅可以通过螯合作用,还可以通过影响阴极电沉积过程有效地降低沉积过程中铁的干扰。
