性质:枣红色粉状,溶于水呈蓝光红色,加1N氢氧化钠溶液转橙红色,再加保险粉并温热,成浅暗黄色,继加过硼酸钠不能回复原来色泽。在浓硫酸中呈深红色,稀释后无变化。在水中的溶解度,50℃时为110g/L,20℃时为80g/L。属含二氯均三嗪活性基的单偶氮黄活性染料。

制备方法:由H酸与三聚氯氰缩合后,再与苯胺重氮盐进行偶合,而后经盐析、过滤、干燥处理过程,而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)H酸 370三聚氯氰 200苯胺 100亚硝酸钠 75盐酸 285纯碱 65烧碱 40尿素 65磷酸三钠 400无明粉 80工业盐 2500

用途:用于棉、麻、粘胶纤维及其纺织物的染色,也用于蚕丝、羊毛、锦纶等的染色。还可用丝绸印花,并可与直接、酸性染料同印。染涤/棉混纺布可与分散染料采用二浴法染色,除单独使用外,还常与活性金黄X-G、活性蓝X-R组成三原色,拼染各种、深色泽,如橄榄绿、草绿、墨绿、棕、灰色,色泽丰满。
