Through analyzation and comparison of two sets of formulas to calculate size-chain using extreme value method,it is presented that,by putting a negative sign before transmitting coefficient and naming it effecitive coefficient,various plane size chain can be calculated accurately without distinguishing the increase-subtract ring.

In this paper, the author uses size chain to elaborate the calculating method for the radial size of core and reentrant mould, the height of core, the depth of reentrant mould as the independent working size, especially as the connective working size.
