甲状腺功能测定法的一种。适用于诊断酪氨酸碘化受阻的某些甲状腺疾病。方法：口服法，先口服示踪131I 1或2h后，测131I吸碘率，继服过氯酸钾10mg/kg，1h后测吸碘率。甲状腺功能正常者，前后两次吸131I率无下降；当酪氨酸碘化受阻时，第2次较第1次明显下降(大于总放射性的10%)。临床主要应用慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎(桥本甲状腺炎)等疾病的诊断。
