莲藕猪排粥
用料：莲藕150克，猪排100克，大米100克，精盐2
克，醋10毫升。
制法：①将猪排洗净，剁成小块；莲藕洗净，去皮，切
成小块；大米淘洗干净，备用。
②锅内加水适量，放入大米、猪排块、醋共煮粥，八成
熟时加入莲藕块，再煮至粥熟，调入精盐即成。
每日1-2次，连服10- 15天。
功效：熟莲藕性温，味甘，有健脾开胃、补血止泻、益
心止怒等功效，可用于治疗脾胃虚弱、精神不振等。猪排有
滋补肾阴、滋养肝血、润泽皮肤等功效。
适应症：更年期综合症，可见面部潮热、心烦易怒、眩
晕等。
