m0CO Shlwen摩擦失稳(frietion instability)物体作相对滑动时，摩擦系数随运动速度的变化而产生的粘滑振动现象。在拔管和拉丝等金属塑性加工过程中，摩擦面通常处于混合润滑状态，可能有多种润滑机制起作用。在宏观滑动开始前，各种静摩擦剪应力一起增大，峰点变形也积累了一定的能量，使界面剪应力的初始值很高。一旦开始滑动，越过一个低速阶段后，塑性流体润滑机制可能起主导作用，界面剪应力便急剧降到通常范围，引起工件突然加速，并可能超过操作速度，于是张力松弛，粘滑交替，故也称粘滑振动。速度的周期变化引起润滑机制的相应变化，这不仅损害工件表面精度，尺寸精度，而且加速工具磨损，并造成噪声。为消除粘滑可以用改善润滑、减小摩擦的方法，使摩擦随速度的变化变得无关紧要。也可以用叠加高频受控振动的方法，如在拉丝时对拉丝模施加超声波振动，则不仅可克服拉丝时的震颤，还能降低拉拔力。(见超声波拉丝) (李小玉张维静)
