a叫uan biaozhun安全标准(safety stand田ds)以保护人和物的安全为目的所制定的标准。安全标准有两种形式:一种是独立制定的安全标准，另一种是在产品标准或其他标准中列出有关安全的要求和指标。从标准的内容讲，安全标准主要包括: ①劳动保护安全标准。为了对人们在劳动中可能遇到的危险和伤害进行保护，并使劳动造成的危害降到最低限度所制定的标准，如劳动保护基础标准、劳动保护方法标准、劳动保护用品和专用设备安全标准、消防器材及用品安全标准等。 ②锅炉和压力容器安全标准。为制造和使用锅炉和压力容器的安全所制定的标准，如锅炉安全及性能要求标准和钢制压力容器、钢制球形贮罐等标准。 ③电气安全标准。包括专业人员使用的电器设备，如电机、输变电设备和输电线路等标准，具体的有安全电压标准、电气设备安全设计导则、外壳防护等级分类等标准;非专业人员使用的电器设备，如家用电器、电动玩具、办公用电子设备等非生产性设备的安全标准。 ④消费安全标准。指对生活用品包括家用电器、玩具、文具、纺织品及服装、家具等的制造和使用安全所制定的标准，如对服装、家具、玩具规定的耐燃和防火的技术要求，对玩具、文具、餐具中的铅、锑、砷、铬、汞等含量的规定，压力锅安全标准等。 安全标准一般都是强制性标准。由政府通过法律或法令形式规定强制执行。《中华人民共和国标准化法》规定:“强制性标准必须执行，不符合强制性标准的产品，禁止生产、销售和进口。”在有些实行产品合格认证制度的国家中，还规定涉及安全的产品，必须进行安全检验，获得安全标志后才能出售。(李玉恩)
