Iengzha banda一zhagun冷轧板带轧辊(eold strip and sheet millroll)冷轧板带用的轧棍除老的单机座可逆式的和窄带冷轧用的外,大量的是4一6机座连续式现代冷轧机用的工作辊和支承辊,以及一部分轧制精密合金带用的20辊轧机用的轧辊(见箔材轧棍)。 工作辊要求强度高,辊身工作层硬度高,耐磨性和抗事故性能好,并要求在一定的淬硬层深度范围内硬度落差小。冷轧工作辊基本都是锻钢的,材质为gCrZ型高碳铬钢。锻造成形后,通过整体或表面淬火以及低温回火将轧辊表面硬度调整到规定值(90一looHS),轧制有色金属时硬度可高达105HS。淬硬层深度根据材质、淬火方式和轧辊直径大小而异。大直径轧辊在使用到极限硬度值(82~85HS)时进行重淬火。近年来为了增加gCrZ型轧辊的淬硬层深度,减少重淬.节省费用,趋势是提高铬的含量,向gCr3型和gCr3Ni型发展。为了提高耐磨性,一些国家将gCrZ型钢中Cr的含量提高到5%一10%。法国一厂家研制了离心铸造高铬钢(10%Cr)轧辊,日本还研制试用工具钢类型的钢种生产冷轧工作辊。在极少数冷轧带钢轧机前架选用高硬度铸铁复合轧辊作工作辊。 支承辊除了磨损以外冷轧支承辊的主要时效方式是局部裂纹引起的工作层剥落(见棍面剥落)。所以要求轧辊有好的耐磨性、抗剥落性、耐疲劳性、强度和韧性。冷轧支承辊有锻造、铸造(整体或复合铸造)、镶套式的,材质为亚共析或共析铬钥钢,辊身硬度在55一soHS之间。适当提高含铬量有利于减少轧辊辊身裂纹,改善抗剥落性。 (文,」春杰)
