性质:轮胎在滚动状态加以一定负荷的条件下,测定不同偏离角、外倾角与各种力和力矩。变化关系的机械。又称轮胎动性能试验机。主要由模拟路面(环形钢带或转鼓)、悬臂式机架、转向机构、测试系统及电子计算机等组成。模拟路面的环形钢带或转鼓,按试验速度要求,由电机驱动回转。试验时,先将轮胎固定在悬臂式机架的轮轴上,轮轴的支承部位设有若干组测力传感器。通过方向盘转向机构及其转向连动装置,把负荷加到轮胎上,当轮胎与模拟路面接触后,轮胎被动旋转,即模拟轮胎在路面上操纵行驶,产生力和力矩,由测力传感器将信号输入电子计算机作数据处理,得出轮胎力和力矩特性的各项值。
