1. 绿藻面以沸水煮熟後捞起沖冷水沥乾放凉；洋葱末先用冷水泡过，再用纸巾吸乾水份备用。
2. 将调味料的所有材料搅拌均匀备用。
3. 将作法1的绿藻面放於碗中，淋上作法2的酱汁拌匀即可。
