有机氯农药残留早已引起人们的高度重视 ,1983年我国宣布禁止使用六六六 (ｈｅｘａｃｈｌｏｒｏｃｙ ｃｌｏｈｅｘａｎｅ ,ＢＨＣ)、滴滴涕 (ｄｉｃｈｌｏｒｏｄｉｐｈｅｎｙｌｔｒｉｃｈｌｏｒｏｅｔｈ ａｎｅ,ＤＤＴ) ,但由于ＢＨＣ ,ＤＤＴ及五氯硝基苯 (ｐｅｎｔａ ｃｈｌｏｒｏｎｉｔｒｏｂｅｎｚｅｎｅ ,ＰＣＮＢ)在历史上曾广泛使用 ,而且半衰期特别长 ,目前仍是国内外监控的主要对象。

| 滴滴涕 dichloro-diphenyl-trichloro ethane 有机氯杀虫剂主要品种之一。又称二二三。其结构式为：  工业滴滴涕为白色固体，内含化合物有14种，主要是对，对-滴滴涕(含量70％～80％)，其次是邻，对-滴滴涕(15％～20％）。化学性质稳定，不易被微生物降解，原体及其代谢物能在自然环境中存留多年；水溶性极弱，但脂溶性很强，易积蓄在动物脂肪中，造成环境、食品的污染和对人体健康的潜在威胁。20世纪70年代许多国家先后禁用于农业，中国于1983年停止生产农用滴滴涕。 |
