在吸气和呼气时纵隔向左右移动。为支气管阻塞的重要X线征象。小儿最常见于支气管异物。当支气管不全阻塞时,纵隔向压力低的一侧移动。如果为吸气性支气管活瓣阻塞,深吸气时患侧压力低,纵隔移向患侧,呼气时复位。如果为呼气性支气管活瓣阻塞,深吸气时患侧压力升高,纵隔移向健侧,吸气时复位。
