高渗性脱水
hypertonic dehydration
脱水的一种类型,又称“高张性脱水”。即失水大于失钠,血钠浓度>146mmol/L,渗透压>370mmol/L。多见于口腔、咽喉及食管疾患所致的吞咽困难;大面积烧伤;病程较短的呕吐、腹泻伴有高热者;病毒性肠炎时,患儿吃奶较多喝水少;重病或昏迷的患儿忽略了水分的供应;垂体性或肾性尿崩症;使用大量脱水剂。高渗性脱水主要是细胞内缺水,临床上可有口渴、高热、烦躁不安,神经系统症状的出现早于休克、尿少、尿比重升高等。患儿可表现肌张力增高,甚至发生惊厥。治疗:除病因的治疗外,以补充水分为主。
