Based on seismic,palaeontological, sedimentary and logging data, strata frequency of Shahejie formation in Qibei seg, Huanghua depression was studied by means of sequence stratigraphy,and the formation was divided into two sequences,Ⅰ(3rd member of the formation and Ⅱ(2nd and 1st members of the formation).
