肟 oxime 含有羰基的醛、酮类化合物与羟胺作用而生成的化合物,通式由醛形成的肟称醛肟,由酮形成的肟称酮肟。肟经水解都能得到原来的醛或酮。大多数的肟都具有很好的结晶,并有其确定的熔点,例如乙醛肟47℃,片脑酮肟75℃,丙酮肟61℃,环己酮肟90℃,因此可利用其熔点来鉴别醛或酮。有的肟还是重要的分析试剂,如丁二酮肟是分析化学中常用的定性和定量测定镍的试剂。肟能发生重排反应而生成酰胺,工业上生产耐纶6的原料己内酰胺就是由环己酮生成的肟经重排反应得到的。 |
