元朝中叶大臣。字道复,号秋谷。祖籍潞州上党(今山西长治),父唐始徙居汉中(今属陕西)。李孟习儒学,通经史,曾开门授徒。元成宗铁穆耳即位之初,被选为皇侄海山(武宗)、爱育黎拔力八达师傅。大德元年(1297),海山出镇北边,李孟留京师辅导爱育黎拔力八达。八年,随爱育黎拔力八达出居怀州(今河南沁阳)。十一年春,成宗死,无嗣,皇后伯要真氏策划临朝称制。爱育黎拔力八达闻讯赶至大都,李孟受命与丞相哈剌哈孙联络,发动政变,废伯要真氏。爱育黎拔力八达监国,授李孟中书参知政事。海山即位,李孟恐遭猜忌,弃官逃居许州(今河南许昌)。至大三年(1310),被召回朝,特授中书平章政事、集贤大学士、同知徽政院事。次年,武宗死,元仁宗爱育黎拔力八达即位,李孟为中书平章政事,后又任翰林学士承旨、知制诰兼修国史。建言行科举,进用儒士,节制财用,罢僧、道官,多被采纳。皇庆元年(1312)十二月,致仕。延祐元年(1314)十二月,复拜中书平章政事。次年,与程钜夫、许师敬议制贡举法;廷策进士,为监试官。与中书右丞相铁木迭儿不合。四年,罢中书平章政事。七年仁宗死,元英宗硕德八剌立,铁木迭儿倚太皇太后答己势力擅权,李孟降为集贤侍讲学士。次年病故。
