The experimental results and analyses indicated that the hydrogen content of A00 melt after purification with JDN-I flux increased little with the increasing of heat preservation time, but the mechanical properties decreased sharply and the melting loss that was below 1% and far lower than that of flux A in the market increased suddenly when heat preservation time was above 100min.
