| 闪速炉 flash furnace 一种强化生产的熔炼炉。具有巨大表面面积的粉状物料，在炉内充分与氧接触，在高温下，以极高的速度完成硫化物的可控氧化反应。反应放出大量的热，供给熔炼过程，使用含硫高的物料，有可能实现自热熔炼。闪速炉具有生产率高、能耗低、烟气中二氧化硫(SO2)浓度高的特点 。 闪速炉主要用于铜、镍等硫化物精矿熔炼。闪速熔炼是充分利用细磨物料的巨大活性表面，强化冶炼反应过程的熔炼方法。这种方法主要用于铜、镍等硫化矿的造锍熔炼（铜、镍、钴火法冶金过程中的一个重要工序）。闪速熔炼脱硫率高，有利于二氧化硫的回收，并可通过控制入炉的氧量，在较大范围内控制熔炼过程的脱硫率。闪速熔炼的主要缺点是渣含主金属较多，须经贫化处理，加以回收。 |
