A device of dispersion and permeability experiment single fractured granite was set up, with which the nuclide migration in the continuously flowing fluid containing I 125 and Cs 134 was examined, and the distribution of nuclide concentration in the flowing out fluid along the fracture surface and rock space was tested.

It is found from 2-year tracing test that the 85Sr concentration distribution hascharacteristic of double peak in its ingration process and can not be described typically by the numerical modeling ofadvection-dispersion.
