补充资料:除豁匠籍
      清初采取的解除手工业者对国家的封建人身依附关系的措施。顺治二年(1645),清政府鉴于自明嘉靖时匠户改征代役银之后匠籍已经日益混乱的现象,宣布"除豁直省匠籍,免征京班匠价",明令废除匠籍制度,手工业工匠不再交纳班匠代役银(即匠班银)。十五年,工部因京师"工程尚繁,需要不赀",又恢复了班匠银的征收。但当时许多地方早已籍存丁亡,已不可能再按匠丁征银,只得佥派民户代纳,或由官府自行赔补。由于班匠银数量较少,如浙江平湖县只有一百九十余两,若归入条鞭(见一条鞭法)或摊入地亩(见摊丁入地),民户负担并不特别加重,而银额则可得到保证,清政府乃于康熙三年(1664)规定班匠银改入条鞭内征收;从三十六年起,以浙江为始,各省又陆续将其摊入地亩。随着代役银负担的解除,匠籍制度实际不再存在。
  
  与废除匠籍同时,清政府还一再严令禁止各地以"当官"为名对工匠实行种种科派和力役。官手工业中普遍采用雇募办法向各省征调工匠。原在内务府及各地其他官手工业中服役的工匠也免除了"住坐"、"存留"名色,计工领取工银月米。
  
  废除匠籍是在封建社会后期的发展,特别是商品经济发展的形势下,广大匠户不断斗争的结果。匠籍废除以后,匠户就摆脱了对国家的封建人身依附,获得了自由身分。
