铝土矿溶出

IUtukuang rongehu铝土矿溶出(digestion of bauxite)用苛性碱溶液将铝土矿中的氧化铝溶解成铝酸钠溶液的过程,是拜耳法氧化铝生产过程的关键作业。通常在压煮器或管道溶出器(见管道浸出)中用循环的苛性碱榕液将氧化铝矿物溶解成为铝酸钠溶液,其他大部分杂质矿物则转化为不溶残渣即赤泥,而达到提取铝的目的。铝土矿管道化溶出设备和管网设置见彩图插页第16页。铝土矿溶出过程的两项重要指标是氧化铝的溶出率和溶出液的苛性比aK。苛性比奴为铝酸钠溶液中所含Na20与所含A12O,的摩尔比。提高氧化铝溶出率可相应减少铝土矿单耗,降低溶出液的苛性比aK可增大单位循环碱液所能提取的氧化铝量,并减少过程的能耗。 主要化学反应包括氧化铝矿物的溶出,硅矿物和钦矿物的溶出和转化,铁矿物的转化等反应。 氧化铝矿物的溶出反应铝土矿中的各种类型氧化铝矿物与苛性碱反应均生成可溶性的铝酸钠转入溶液。三水铝石的溶出反应为: AI(OH)3十NaOH—NaAI(OH);一水软铝石或一水硬铝石的溶出反应为: AIOOH十NaOH+HZO一NaAI(OH);易溶的三水铝石型铝土矿,一般采用416K的低溶出温度溶出,称“低温溶出”。一水软铝石型铝土矿或更难溶的一水硬铝石型铝土矿,需采用503一533K或更高的溶出温度,称为“高温溶出”。且溶出一水硬石型铝土矿时还需要加入3%一5%的石灰,以提高氧化铝溶出率。不同地区产的一水硬铝石型铝土矿的难溶程度也各异,这与一水硬铝石晶格中有的铝离子的位置被铁、铁离子取代有关。一水硬铝石中存在这种类质同象体取代现象时,其溶出性能会变得更差。各类型铝土矿典型溶出条件和结果如表。各类铝土矿的溶出东件及结果少{口布 注:括号内数字为提高溶出温度强化溶出过程的结果。硅矿物的溶出和转化反应高岭石在363K温度即与苛性碱液显著反应,石英需在423K以上温度才显著反应。各类硅矿物与苛性碱液反应,均生成可溶性硅酸钠进入溶液: A12O3 .25102·ZHZO+6NaOH+aq— ZNaZSIO3+ZNaAI(OH)‘+HZO 5102+ZNaOH一NaZSIO3+HZO进入溶液的硅酸钠的浓度达一最大值后,即与铝酸钠反应生成水合铝硅酸钠并逐渐析出: 1 .7NaZSIO3+ZNaAI(OH)4一NaZO·A12O3·1.75102·HZO+3.4NaOH十1.3HZO称这一反应为“脱硅反应”。高岭石在常压温度下可被苛性碱液分解,称为“低温反应硅矿物”。石英、鲡绿泥石、云母类矿物只有在高温下才能被苛性碱液分解,称为“高温反应硅矿物”。含有大量石英的三水铝石型铝土矿,利用低温416K溶出,可使石英不参与反应。
