x ingneng shlyan性能试验(Performanee tests)对核落汽供应系统和汽轮发电机组等核电厂主设备的性能以及对核电厂满功率运行时的关键运行指标进行考核.以检验核电厂建成后是否达到合同规定的性能保证值的试验工作.当核电厂完成全部单系统试验、预运行试验、装料、临界和各台阶的功率试验之后，若条件允许应及时进行核电厂的性能试验。核电厂性能试验要求机组在满功率附近进行，而满功率示范运行对机组功率有类似要求，所以核电厂性能试验一般情况下可与满功率示范运行结合起来做。一般情况下，性能考核应在商业运行日之前完成，性能考核试验也是整个调试阶段的一部分，但也有可能由于供货商或业主的原因要将某项考核试验予以推迟或在采取纠正行动后重复进行，为此要在供货合同中规定相应条款. 试脸时的运行工况在进行性能试验时机组应已在倾定功率下稳定运行了若干小时，且机组功率稳定在95%~100%额定功率范围内.核电厂应保证正常运行时需投运的所有系统应均投人使用。落汽发生器排污和二回路补水等系统应暂停。电网频率，发电机功率因数，叮、二回路的温度、压力和流量以及蒸汽发生器水位、凝汽器真空等主要参数应尽可能保持稳定不变。这样可以减少对测定数据的修正。 试脸方法和要求性能试验一般由业主组织进行，设备供应商可以参与性能试验的全过程，性能试验的全部或部分也可以由业主与供货商双方认可的独立第三方进行。在核电厂的供货合同中一般都规定了有关性能试验的试验方法、试验标准和考核要求。根据这些试验方法、标准和要求，业主编写或委托编写全部性能试验的试验程序，经设备供货商审核同意并由业主最终批准后实施。试验结束后完成试验报告，给出试验结果是否满足合同要求的分析结论。 试脸仪衰性能试验所用仪器仪表可以由业主提供，供货商认可，也可以由供货商提供，业主认可。试验仪表必须符合合同规定的对试验仪表的技术要求，尤其是精确度要求。试验仪表在试验前应由业主和供货商双方认可的独立第三方进行标定，且双方均可对标定过程进行见证。 试脸项目核电厂性能试验按照合同规定一般需进行核燕汽供应系统输出热功率及其出口端蒸汽湿度、机组电功率、机组热耗率、厂用电消耗、机组噪声、振动等各项性能试验。每项试验可以单独进行，也可以插在满功率示范运行过程中进行.单独试验时，应在机组连续运行24h之后进行。 核蒸汽供应系统拾出热功率及其出口端蒸汽湿度 通过核燕汽供应系统输出端燕汽参数的测量，可得到其愉出热功率。对于采用自然循环式蒸汽发生器的压水堆和沸水堆而言.其输出端为饱和燕汽。为确定其熔值，除侧虽出口端的燕汽压力外还必须测定其相对湿度，而且相对湿度本身也往往就是合同规定所要考核的摘出端燕汽品质的指标。
