性质:白色斜方晶体或粉末。密度2.566g/cm3。熔点>1500℃。溶于醇、浓盐酸、浓硝酸和碱,不溶于水。在580℃时较为稳定。1400℃时不熔融而成为胶状体。在室温至1200℃之间,有四种晶型,常见的为α型。由铝酸钠与浓磷酸反应制得。亦可用磷酸三钠和硫酸铝复分解制得。用作制造特种玻璃的助熔剂,陶瓷和牙齿的黏结剂,以及生产润肤剂、防火涂料、导电水泥等的添加剂,纺织工业的抗污剂。还用于制药等方面。
