| 乙醇 ethanol 最常见的醇。分子式CH3CH2OH。又称酒精。透明的可燃液体。有醇香，味辣。吸水性很强。熔点－117.3℃，沸点78.5℃，相对密度0.7893(20／4℃)。能与水和许多有机溶剂混溶。能与水形成共沸混合物，共沸点为78.1℃，因此用蒸馏法得到的乙醇，其中还含4.43％的水。 在硫酸作用下于140℃左右发生分子间失水生成乙醚，反应温度达160℃时主要进行分子内失水生成乙烯 。上述反应在氧化铝存在下于气相中也可进行 ，在240℃生成醚，360℃生成烯。在碱溶液中与氯、溴或碘反应，生成相应的卤仿CHX3。无碱存在时，氯与乙醇反应先生成乙醛，后生成三氯乙醛。乙酸与羧酸作用生成酯。 最古老制法是用淀粉、糖或其他碳水化合物进行发酵制成。用发酵法制得的酒有醇香，可饮用。大量乙醇是以乙炔、乙烯、乙烷为原料合成的，比较经济。可用作溶剂或试剂，在医疗中用作消毒剂、杀菌剂。 |
