主料： 肉馅、洋葱、紫菜
做法：
1、将肉馅用生抽老抽姜末葱末色拉油香油盐拌匀。味道咸淡自己调配。
2、将一个洋葱切碎，放入碗中拌入面粉（防止洋葱汁往外流）。然后放入肉馅内拌匀。
3、将卷寿司用的紫菜裁成10平方厘米的正方形，用湿毛巾盖着。做烧麦外皮就会很软，比较容易包。
4、把拌好的洋葱肉馅放在紫菜皮上做成烧麦状
5、蒸锅内水沸腾后上锅蒸20分钟出锅。
营养价值：
洋葱享有“菜中皇后”的美称。糖尿病患者每餐食洋葱25～50克能起到较好的降低血糖和利尿的作用。洋葱中的植物杀菌素除具有刺激食欲、帮助消化作用外，还由于它经由呼吸道、泌尿道、汗腺排出时，能刺激管道壁分泌，所以又有祛痰、利尿、发汗、预防感冒以及抑菌防腐的作用。
紫菜含有丰富的维生素和矿物质，它所含的蛋白质与大豆差不多，是大米的6倍；维生素a约为牛奶的67倍，核黄素比香菇多9倍，维生素c为卷心菜的70倍。具有清热利尿、补肾养心、降低血压，促进人体代谢等多种功效。紫菜的1／3是食物纤维，可以保持肠道健康，将致癌物质排出体外，特别有利于预防大肠癌。常吃紫菜对记忆衰退也有改善作用。
