子宫扭转
病名。较为罕见。指子宫体沿着 纵轴旋转,但宫颈固定不转。常发生在子宫峡部变松时,如妊娠期、子宫肿瘤或卵巢肿瘤的 挤压等。当急性扭转时,由于子宫血管扭曲,血循环受阻而产生急性下腹部剧痛及急性内出 血症状,甚至休克。检查有腹膜刺激征,宫颈位置甚高,宫颈内口紧闭,可发现以宫颈为中 心的穹隆部呈螺旋纹状。治疗需手术矫治,甚至子宫切除。
