Based on detection and analysis of damage characteristics of overlying strata and roof status of Meihe 4th Mine and aided by DEM numerical simulation,displacement and damage situation of roof and floor of the lower slice full-mechanized caving mining in different roof conditions were obtained.
通过对梅河四井溃泥工作面覆岩破坏特征和顶板岩层状态的探测分析,结合离散元数值模拟手段,模拟了不同状态顶板条件下水平分层综放开采的顶底板位移场和破坏场,探索了溃泥、溃砂发生的成因和机理,丰富了水体下采煤的理论和技术体系。

Based on the geological and mining conditions and occurrence characteristics of loose aquifer of Xinglongzhuang Colliery,water bursting cause of 4303 full-mechanized caving mining face under loose aquifer was analyzed,the prevention measures of the 3rd aquifer and reasonable dimension of coal pillar for sand proof were discussed in this paper.
根据兴隆庄煤矿地质采矿条件,结合松散含水层赋存特征,分析了四采区4303综放工作面第四系松散含水层出水的原因,探讨了防治三含水的技术途径和留设防砂煤柱的合理尺寸。

针对兖矿集团东滩煤矿年产600万t 1303综放工作面实际情况,进行了工作面尘源分析,并基于风流紊流的三维k-ε流动方程组模型,应用控制容积法和计算流体力学(CFD)的SIMPLE(压力耦合方程式的半阴解法)方法,对工作面断面粉尘流场的浓度和流线进行了ANSYS数值模拟,然后根据支架喷雾降尘用喷嘴的性能实验,优选了安设到综放液压支架上的喷嘴类型,最后提出了1303综放工作面支架喷雾降尘装置的优化设计方案。
