The batch extractive distillation experiment for separating benzene and cyclohexane was carried out with N,N-dimethylformide(DMF),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and their mixture as extractive solvent.
利用间歇萃取精馏分离技术,分别以N,N-二甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和二者的混合物作为萃取剂,对苯、环己烷近沸点体系的分离进行了试验研究,考察了操作参数回流比和溶剂流率对分离效果的影响,结果表明:随着回流比和溶剂流率的增加,分离效果增强;三种萃取剂均能对苯和环己烷进行有效的分离,但分离效果不同,其中以DMF∶DMSO=3∶1(质量比)混合物作为萃取剂时效果最好,其次是DMF。

分子量78，13。无色液体，无臭，具有吸湿性，相对密度(25℃／4℃)1. 0958。凝固点18．5℃，沸点189℃，闪点(开口)95℃，燃点300℃，粘度(25℃)1．996mPa·s，折射率1．477，溶解度参数δ＝12．9。能与水、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、苯、氯仿等混溶。在-般情况下很稳定，在沸点长时间煮沸时发生分解．室温下遇氯发生猛烈反应，易燃，蒸气与空气形成爆炸性混合物，爆炸极限2．6％-28．6％(vol)。毒性低，LD5018000mg／kg。
