阴道隔膜


俗称子宫帽,它是圆帽状乳胶制品,在性交前放入阴道内,使阴道隔成上下两半将宫颈口挡住,阴道内精子不能进入宫腔,从而达到避孕目的。阴道隔膜周边有弹簧沿,便于放入并可与阴道壁密切接触。按弹簧外缘直径从55~80mm,共有6种大小以适应不同的阴道宽度和长度。用前应由医务人员帮助选用合适型号,并指导使用者掌握放置和取出方法,性交后8~12小时方可取出,过早取出会导致避孕失败。如配合避孕胶冻同时使用,可提高避孕效果。患子宫脱垂,膀胱膨出,急性阴道炎,重度宫颈糜烂者不宜使用。
