茶赋,即《茶赋》,是关于茶的经典的辞赋作品,可谓传神而包罗万象。作者,闽泉女辞赋家---寒池青莲(原名-陈秀冬)。茶,是文化;茶叶,是劳动生产物,是一种饮料。茶文化是以茶为载体,来传播各种文化,是茶与文化的有机融合,包含和体现一定时期的物质文明和精神文明。 【茶赋】云:“自古泛今,茶道兴盛;茶道精神、纯雅礼和。纯为其本,雅为其韵,礼为其德,和为其道。”。

叶中所含的成份很多,将近500种。主要有咖啡碱、茶碱、可可碱、

胆碱、黄嘌呤、黄酮类,及甙类化合物、茶鞣质、儿茶素、萜烯类

酚类、醇类、醛类、酸类、酯类、芳香油化合物、碳水化合物、多

种维生素、蛋白质和氨基酸。氨基酸有半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、谷氨酸

精氨酸等。含钙、磷、铁、氟、碘、锰、钼、锌、硒、铜、锗、镁

茶性:饮茶民俗学。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“吾弱年居於乡野,家栽茗茶已成园;每至新茶制得,故常邀朋约友,品茗论古谈今;茶性宁静、如潭秋水、洁净高雅、除烦去腻、清心明目、提神益思。新香嫩色,淡绿微黄;煎香烹雪,雀舌蝉膏;悬壶高冲、春风拂面、每相品之,欲为所赋。”。

茶录:茶文化社会学。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“然俗事卒卒,此志无以就;今适逢返乡,见其春色满园,灵牙吐绿,黛叶点点;顿感舌底生津,提神益思,尘虑皆净;一时百感,逐以赋之。”。

茶话:茶文化体系茶史学。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“山灵五岳秀,茶称瑞草魁;中国名茶,花色品目繁多,形色各有千秋;观音香茗,饮之佳品;而此茗清香异於它者,能还童振拓扶人寿也;群踵而植,锺厥而生;弥谷披岗,一望皆是;承丰壤之滋润;受甘霖之霄降,吸天地之灵气;孕日月之精华;从卷绿叶,枝枝相连;木兰堕落花微似,瑶草临波色不如。”。

茶学:茶的美学。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“观音初成、沈重壮结、青蒂绿腹、沫成华浮、状如蜻首、色泽鲜润。如有意乎敦本,故微文而妙质。味馥郁而甜鲜;形卷曲而壮结;汤色黄而清澈;茗香溢,尘烦涤。玉杯生液、金瓯泛花。”。

茶境:冲泡技艺、茶食茶疗。茶的最早发现与利用,是从药用开始的。“神农尝百草,日遇七十二毒,得荼而解之。”晋张华《博物志》也同样有“饮真荼,令人少眠”的说法。陶弘景《杂录》中所说“茗荼轻身换骨,昔丹丘子黄君服之”。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“质润喉而明目;虽玉液而可轶;斯味馥郁甘醇,则色鲜碧清沏;非精语所能陈之;非良言所能悉之;闻其味而忘作,品其醇而涤烦;实乃茗中之极品也。”。

茶文:茶与诗词、茶与故事。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“文人墨客七大雅,琴棋书画诗酒茶。从来名士能评水,自古高僧爱斗茶。文人嗜茶,不可无或缺也;文人于茶,乃精神之粮耳。古诗云:一碗喉吻润,二碗破孤闷。三碗搜枯肠,唯有文字五千卷。四碗发轻汗,平生不平事,尽向毛孔散。五碗肌骨清,六碗通仙灵。七碗吃不得也,唯觉两腋习习清风生。”。

茶禅:茶事掌故。陈秀冬【茶赋】云:“佛门嗜茶、尚茶之风普及。禅茶一味, 涤净心灵之凡。焚香引幽步,酌茗开净筵。有诗曰:江南风致说僧家,石上清香竹裏茶。 法藏名僧知更好,香烟茶晕满袈裟。陆羽作《茶经》、曹晖作《茶铭》、文正范公对茶悦,东坡煮水功亦深。馀附庸风雅,舞文弄墨把茶赋。”。
