因为在这种情况下，常采用各种矿物油、烃基酸及皂类等作捕收剂，升高矿浆温度可以促进药剂的作用并改善浮选指标。其矿浆温度最好不低于18一20℃。 (李凤楼)fuxuon kuangjlong Wendu浮选矿浆温度(flotation pulp temperature) 矿浆温度是影响浮选过程的一个重要的因素。许多实践证明，提高矿浆温度，可以提高浮选速度并获得较高的浮选指标。但由于矿浆加温要消耗大量热能，并需配置相应的供热设施，故在绝大多数情况下，浮选过程都是在室温条件下进行，即对矿浆温度不加控制，随气温而变。在使用某些难溶的并且其溶解度随温度而提高的捕收荆(如油酸)时，矿浆加温是有利的。而在使用黄药进行浮选时，由于它易溶解于水，所以温度的影响不大，一般不需加温。矿浆温度对活化剂和抑制剂的作用也有影响。一般在温度升高时，活化剂和抑制剂的作用会加强、加快;温度低时其作用较弱、较慢，并导致浮选指标降低。例如，由于在冬季和夏季矿浆的温度差别较大，浮选指标会出现季节性的波动。在浮选某些难选的有色金属氧化矿时，为了促进硫化钠的硫化作用，矿浆往往需要加温。例如，在浮选菱锌矿时，常需将矿浆加热至50一75℃，才能将菱锌矿预先有效地硫化，而后用黄药浮选。浮选非金属矿时，温度的影响较大。
