性质:指元素的物理和化学相。即天然产出的和人为污染的元素,是以何种形态结合到水体和沉积物中去的。形态研究包括元素的价态、化合状态、结合形态以及物质的结构分析和鉴定等。一般把元素的结合形态分为5种,即:惰性态(残渣态)、可交换态(被吸附态)、与铁锰的氧化物及氢氧化物结合态、与有机质结合态及与碳酸盐结合态。
