    钻井工程的最后环节。在石油开采中,油、气井完井包括钻开油层,完井方法的选择和固井、射孔作业等。对低渗透率的生产层或受到泥浆严重污染时,还需进行酸化处理、水力压裂等增产措施,才能算完井。根据生产层的地质特点,采用不同的完井方法:①射孔完井法。即钻穿油、气层,下入油层套管,固井后对生产层射孔,此法采用最为广泛。②裸眼完井法。即套管下至生产层顶部进行固井,生产层段裸露的完井方法。此法多用于碳酸盐岩、硬砂岩和胶结比较好、层位比较简单的油层。优点是生产层裸露面积大,油、气流入井内的阻力小,但不适于有不同性质、不同压力的多油层。根据钻开生产层和下入套管的时间先后,裸眼完井法又分为先期裸眼完井法和后期裸眼完井法。③衬管完井法。即把油层套管下至生产层顶部进行固井,然后钻开生产层,下入带孔眼的衬管进行生产,此种完井法具有防砂作用。④砾石充填完井法。在衬管和井壁之间充填一定尺寸和数量的砾石。
   固井作业是钻井达到预定深度后,下入套管并注入水泥浆,封固套管和井壁之间的环形空间的作业。固井的主要目的是封隔疏松的易塌、易漏地层;封隔油、气、水层,防止互相窜漏。固井作业的主要设备有水泥车、下灰罐车、混合漏斗和其他附属设备等。射孔作业是采用专门的射孔器射穿套管和水泥环并进入地层一定深度,在井眼和油层间造成通道,使油、气能从地层流入井内。
