针对莱钢炼钢厂转炉煤气系统扩容后回收量增加带来的煤气含尘浓度高、煤气输出能力有限、管网系统设计不合理等问题,对系统进行了适应性优化设计,完成了转炉煤气自产自用、系统管网改造、煤气精除尘改造、煤气加压机升压改造,使吨钢煤气回收量达到60m3,煤气含尘量降至1 4mg/m3,年直接经济效益达1053万元。

ehengs垃meiqi城市煤气(t。wn gas)民用气体燃料，亦可用于工业。气源有焦炉煤气、油制气、天然气和液化石油气等。焦炉煤气是焦化厂生产的净煤气经过深度净化处理，进一步脱除蔡和硫化氢等杂质并除去水分而制得的。20世纪80年代，发达国家的城市煤气主要采用高热值的天然气和液化石油气为气源，中国的城市煤气则主要采用焦炉煤气为气源。各国对城市煤气的质量均有严格要求，对杂质含量都作出明确规定。中国规定的指标与工业发达国家基本相似，具体要求为:(l)低发热值大于14654灯/m3;(2)杂质允许含量(mg/m3):焦油和灰尘小于10，硫化氢小于20，氨小于50，蔡小于50(冬季)和100(夏季);(3)含氧量小于l%(体积)。 (徐一)
