洗矿 washing 用水力或机械力擦洗被粘土胶结或含泥较多的矿石,使矿石碎散,洗下矿石表面细泥并分离的过程。金、铂、钨 、锡等砂矿及氧化和风化程度较深的铅、铜、铁、锰等矿石 ,在碎矿或选矿前,洗矿是必要的准备作业。洗矿可避免含泥矿物原料中的泥质物堵塞粉碎和筛分设备,原料如含有可溶性有用或有害成分也要进行洗矿。矿石中洗除矿泥的难易程度用矿石的可洗性表示,分为难洗、中等可洗和易洗,主要与矿石中粘土的性质、含量及存在状态有关。洗矿可在擦洗机中进行,也可在筛分和分级设备中进行。常用洗矿设备有:①水力洗矿筛。利用水枪在固定条筛上冲洗的洗矿方法,用于易洗的矿石。②筒形洗矿机。 包括圆筒筛和圆筒擦洗机。圆筒筛转速较高,筛筒内壁安有纵向扬板、环形挡板及高压喷水装置,以提高碎散能力,用于易洗矿石。③圆筒擦洗机。筒体分为前后两段,前段无孔,用来浸泡和碎散矿石,后段有孔用于泥石分离。④槽形洗矿机。常用于难洗矿石,具有较强的擦洗作用。把矿石预先浸泡,在洗矿过程中设置高压喷水,施加振动,添加少量药剂(如1%浓度的NaOH)等,可提高洗矿效率。洗矿效率对选矿有较大影响。 |
