原料/调料
凯蒂鸣户卷 3片 蛋 3个 水 220㏄ 蛤蜊 6颗 鱼肉 3片 虾 3尾 甜豆 6个 鱼子、虾卵 各适量 鲜美锅汁 1包
制作流程
(1)先将所有材料洗净，将鸣户卷及鱼肉切片，虾、蛤蜊和甜豆分别汆烫捞起沥干水份备用。
(2)蛋和水打散拌匀备用，将作法(1)材料一一排入汤碗中，再将蛋汁徐徐倒入碗中。
(3)以耐热保鲜膜盖住碗口，锅盖也要预留缝隙，即可避免蛋蒸好产生孔洞，入锅蒸约10～15分钟，蒸好之后再取出将鱼子及虾卵排上即可。
