According to the threonine wastewater characteristics of high organic load,high NH_3-N contetnt and difficultly to be treated,ammonia still for ammonia removal-hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation process was used,also the structure,the principle and the work conditions of ammonia still were introduced.

原料/调料
凯蒂鸣户卷 3片 蛋 3个 水 220㏄ 蛤蜊 6颗 鱼肉 3片 虾 3尾 甜豆 6个 鱼子、虾卵 各适量 鲜美锅汁 1包
制作流程
(1)先将所有材料洗净,将鸣户卷及鱼肉切片,虾、蛤蜊和甜豆分别汆烫捞起沥干水份备用。
(2)蛋和水打散拌匀备用,将作法(1)材料一一排入汤碗中,再将蛋汁徐徐倒入碗中。
(3)以耐热保鲜膜盖住碗口,锅盖也要预留缝隙,即可避免蛋蒸好产生孔洞,入锅蒸约10~15分钟,蒸好之后再取出将鱼子及虾卵排上即可。
