| 糠醛 furfural 呋喃2位上的氢原子  被醛基取代的衍生物。分子式C5H4O2。又称2-呋喃甲醛 。糠醛是呋喃环系最重要的衍生物，是一个重要的由农副产品中制得的产品。无色液体，具有与苯甲醛类似的气味。熔点－38.7℃，沸点161.7℃，相对密度1.1594（20／4℃)。在空气中容易变黑 。在20℃可形成8.3％的水溶液，溶于乙醇、乙醚等有机溶剂。糠醛经氧化生成2-呋喃甲酸；经还原生成呋喃甲醇 。糠醛与芳香醛的性质类似 ，在氰化钾的催化下 ，发生安息香缩合反应。 糠醛由农副产品中所含聚戊糖裂解后脱水而得。糠醛是制备多种药物和工业产品的原料 。由糠醛制得的 1，6-己二胺〔H2N-（CH2）6-NH2〕 ，为制取尼龙66的原料。 由糠醛制得的呋喃经电解还原，还可制成丁二醛，后者为生产药物阿托品的原料。许多糠醛的衍生物具有很强的杀菌能力。糠醛主要用作溶剂，它可有选择性地从石油、植物油中萃取其中的不饱和组分，也可从润滑油和柴油中萃取其中的芳香组分。糠醛可代替甲醛与苯酚缩合，制造酚醛树脂。 |
