| 浮雕 relief sculpture 只能从一个观赏面欣赏的雕塑作品。以一块底板为依托，由占有一定空间的被压缩的实体构成雕塑个体或群体。又称浅雕、凸雕。浮雕中表现的型体和底板平行的二维尺度长宽的比例不变，只压缩型体厚度，其原则是利用透视原理，按比例近高（厚）远低（薄），在限定的空间(厚度、深度)内，表现出更大的型体。其底板如作背景处理，可加大作品的空间深度。浮雕按压缩的比例，可分高、低、薄3 种，即高浮雕、低浮雕、薄浮雕。
