fuzhu lengqueshul xltong辅助冷却水系统(auxiliary cooling water“ys-tem)除汽轮机投汽器冷却水以外所有冷却器和机械轴承用的冷却水系统。按与循环水系统供水关系，辅助冷却水系统可分为:开式冷却水系统、闭式冷却水系统和开闭式结合冷却水系统。 开式冷却水系统开式冷却水系统实质上是循环水系统的分支，冷却水从循环水进水管引接，使用后排回循环水系统。当利用淡水作为循环水水源时，水质不经处理或仅作简单处理后可作为辅助冷却水的，一般采用开式冷却水系统。开式冷却水系统比较简单，并可以公用水系统或补给水系统作为备用或在夏季掺人低温水以保持较低的运行水温。但开式冷却水系统水质不稳定，有结垢的可能。 闭式冷却水系统辅助冷却水系统与凝汽器使用的循环水系统分开，自成一个闭式循环系统。闭式循环内辅助冷却水的冷却一般有两种方式:①冷却塔系统.设有专用的辅助冷却水冷却塔;②水一水换热器系统，用循环水作冷却水源，通过水一水换热器来冷却辅助冷却水。闭式循环内一般采用软化水或除盐水作为辅助冷却水。当采用海水作循环水或循环水水质不能满足辅助冷却水需要时，一般采用闭式冷却水系统。闭式冷却水系统比较复杂，水温比循环水水温高出4~5℃，各种辅机冷却器的设计都要满足较高水温的要求。但采用软化水或除盐水作冷却介质，可减少设备的污垢和水垢，保证设备的传热效率及减少维护工作。 开闭式结合冷却水系统为充分利用两种系统的优点，根据冷却器和机械轴承对水量、水质和水温的不同要求，分别采用开式和闭式系统。开式系统用于对水质要求较低，水温要求较严的大流量冷却器，如汽轮机润滑油冷却器和发电机空气冷却器等。闭式系统用于冷却水量较小和对温度要求不严格的冷却器，如取样冷却器和空压机冷却器等。以淡水作为循环水水源的大型机组多采用这种系统。
