性质:橙红色至红棕色粉末。相对密度2.435。在25℃水中的溶解度0.14g/100ml,在乙醇中小于0.01g/100ml,无臭,无味。

制备方法:由反丁烯二酸钠用硫酸亚铁置换而得。将水加热至沸,搅拌下加入反丁烯二酸,分次加入碳酸钠到pH=6.5-6.7。充分搅拌后趁热过滤,得反丁烯二酸钠溶液。加入硫酸亚铁溶液,搅拌加热回流3-4h,冷却结晶,甩滤。滤饼用蒸馏水洗至硫酸根符合要求为止,干燥,得富马酸亚铁,收率83%。

用途:富马酸亚铁是抗贫血药物。贫血根据病因不同分缺铁性贫血、巨幼红细胞贫血和再生障碍性贫血等,富马酸亚铁用于治疗缺铁性贫血,含铁量高,吸收好,很难被氧化成三价铁,服后血清铁值很快上升,并能保持稳定。小鼠口服LD50为480mg/kg。
