产品成本计算方法企业对生产费用进行归集并在生产的各种产品之间、产成品和在产品之间进行分配的方法。产品成本计算方法受产品生产特点的制约，主要表现在:成本计算对象的确定、生产费用的归集及计入产品成本的程序、成本计算期的确定、产品成本在产成品和在产品之间的划分等四个方面。据此，产生了品种法、分步法和分批法等一些主要的成本计算方法。在各项定额管理比较健全的企业，还可以采用定额法进行产品成本计算。 品种法以产品品种(不分批次、不分步骤)作为成本计算对象.来归集生产费用、计算产品成本的一种方法。它适用于单步骤的大量生产，以及不需要分步骤计算产品成本的多步骤的大量大批生产。按品种法计算产品成本可分为两种:忿在计算上较为简便.即把生产过程的费用汇总后即得出完工产品的总成本除以产量.就是单位成本这种方法又称为简单法(即单品种的品种法).一般适用一于单步骤、大量生产的企业。②分产品品种来归集生产费书，到结算期终可能有在产品.还要将生产费用在完工产品和在产品之间进行分配。这种成本计算方法是典型的品种法(即多品种的品种法).一般适用于不要求计算半成品成本的多步骤、大量大批生产的企业。该方法的特点是:第一，绝大部分生产费用能够按企化最终产品的品种归集;第二.在企业生产多种产品的情况下.生产费用要按各种产品并按成本项目进行归集.与某种产品生产直接有关的费用直接计入该种产品的成本，各种产品的共同费用则需分配计入各种产品的成本;第三.要定期计算成本，与产品生产周期并不一致:第四.采用品种法的企业，有些因生产周期短.月终没有在产品，或有在产品但数量很少，对产成品成本影响不大，可不计算其成本 分批法又称定单法指按照产品的批别来归集生产费用、计休产品成本的一种方法。它适用于单件、小批生产的企业和车间具体有以下儿种情况:_工很据购买者定单生产的企业。如造船、大四锅护、精密仪器的制造等等②产品种类经常变功的小规模制造{一如生产门窗把手、插销等的小五金工厂。「且承揽修理业务的工厂如修船等业务①新产品试制车间这些企业或生产车间的共!卜动特点是:一批产品通常不重复生产.即使重复.也是不定期的。分批法的特点是:工所有的生r忆费咐要分别产品的定单或批别来日集.成本计算对象是购矢者定单或企收规定的产品批别。盛直接费川银据要素费川分配表所归集的金额计入;由各定鱼共同负担的间接费用按发生地点归集，然后按一定标准，定期分配计人有关定单的成本内。③由于产成品成本要在定单完工后才能计算，所以成本计算是非定期的，成本计算期与产品生产周期一致。
