身体和谐(body harmony)(l)对人体美所产生的美感反应，人体美是指人的外在形体美，属于自然美范畴，偏重于形式。如果一个人在形体外观上，充分体现了均衡对称、节奏韵律、多样统一、比例协调等形式美法则，就会给人以和谐感，否则便失去和谐而给人以畸形感。因此，身体和谐是对人体美的一种评价。(2)艺术鉴赏中所达到的一种心理和生理相协调的状态。在鉴赏艺术作品时，鉴赏者因获得精神的愉悦、情感的满足会使心灵净化，获得心理平衡，处于舒适和畅快的心境之中。这种得到满足的心境同时也使神经系统处于轻松状态，导致生理感受上的快乐和自由，即美感带来了快感，心理和生理高度协调，精神和肉体达到和谐。身体和谐作为鉴赏的积极效果，是心理健康的体现。真正的艺术鉴赏有益于人的身心健康。 (份廷华撰匹巫固审)
