      板坯与芯模共同旋?晒趼纸⑹┘友沽Γ拱迮鹘籼灸V鸬憔植勘湫蔚?冲压成形工艺(见图)。旋压可制造各种轴对称旋转体零件,如扬声器、弹体、高压容器封头、铜锣;也可用于气瓶收口、筒坯成形等。旋压的特点是:用很小的变形力可成形很大的工件;使用设备比较简单,中小尺寸的薄板件可用普通车床旋压;模具简单,只需要一块芯模,材质要求低。旋压适用于小批生产,因其只能加工旋转体零件,局限性较大,生产率低。旋压可用专门机械,采用仿形旋压和数字控制旋压。在旋压成形的同时使板厚减薄的工艺称为变薄旋压,又称强力旋压,多用于加工锥形件、薄壁的管形件等,也可用以旋压大直径的深筒,再剖开后制成平板。
